Our Sidekicks Program is so named because each of our young first time players have a “sidekick” who participates in the program directly with them. This is a parent or an older family member. This program is designed to introduce the young players to enjoyable activities with a soccer ball, so that they relate soccer with fun! We run a fall program and a spring program. Our Spring program runs for 8 weeks and the young players and their sidekick will participate once per week in 45 minute sessions with a qualified Activity Leader.

Happy Feet | U5/6 Born 2017-2018

Our Happy Feet program is designed to introduce young players to the game in a fun and engaging environment. Young players will participate in small groups in fun soccer related games and activities. They will also be introduced to the “game” itself and play in small sided, short matches. Each session will have a physical literacy component so that the players will develop their motor skills.

FUNdamentals | U7/8 Born 2015-2016

Our FUNdamentals program is designed to introduce our aspiring young players to the basic fundamentals of skill development. They will participate in small groups with a focus on developing a level of confidence and competence with a ball at their feet. They will learn to dribble, pass, turn with the ball, shoot and other basic soccer skills. On a weekly basis they will also play in small sided games and for the first time they will learn some of the basic rules around the game. This is a key learning phase for them, but the fun factor will never be far away!

Community Kicks | Born 2009-2014

Our Community Kicks program is intended as a fun spring soccer program to keep players engaged in the game through the spring months. It is also an ideal program for our newer soccer players to learn the game in a more relaxed environment. Players will play matches on weeknights through the spring. Games will be small sided (5v5 to 7v7) to encourage more contact with the ball from all participants. Players participate once a week. For the first two weeks we will oversee age group practices to learn game rules and sharpen up their skills. Then for the remainder of the season they will play weekly matches.
